What are our hours of operation?

Our hours of operation are Monday to Thursday, 8am to 4:30pm & Friday, 7am to 3:30pm. We are closed on the weekend and statutory holidays.

Do we accept credit?

Yes, we do accept credit for all customers. See below for additional details.

  1. All invoices are DUE AND PAYABLE 15 days from receipt of invoice. We reserve the right to refuse shipment to any account that has a past due balance.
  2. All invoices that are 60 Days PAST DUE, the account will be CLOSED and changed into a credit card account.
  3. Account customers must maintain a $ 4500.00 total in a calendar year to have a chargeable account. Net 15 accounts that can’t obtain that dollar amount will have their account closed and changed to a credit card account.

Do you have any other locations?

Yes, in addition to our flagship location in Burnaby, we have a second location in Port Kells, located at 18812 - 96th Ave., Unit 15, Surrey, B.C. V4N 3R1.

Who owns Westcoast Tool Sales & Service Ltd.?

It is owned solely by the Hibbert family of Burnaby which many of them still work in the business on a daily basis.  Please ask for them if you wish.
